Need Prayer

The following is a prayer request from some friends in a sensitive area:

Dear Friends,

We write to you asking you to hold our family up in prayer. Our family life and work are going very well. Other problems we are facing at the same time makes us think that we are being attacked by the Devil due to the progress in our work.

Please pray for us as:

1. Three weeks ago (husband's) last living Grandparent, his Grandmother, passed away during a time that he could not fly home for the funeral. At first he seemed fine, but grief and possibly depression have begun to set in. Please pray he will come out of this soon.

2. Within 10 days of the loss of his Grandmother, the pipes froze and burst at our home in (sensitive area). The company we hired to rent the home blames the electric company and the electric company blames the management company. The damage will cost between $4,000 and $7,000. Please pray that we can get this resolved without having to file a lawsuit. The insurance company requires proof of gas and electric bills paid. We cannot get this from anyone presently. A friend in Michigan is helping with clearing this up, but we have hit a wall on proceeding.

3. Also, please pray about the daily stress related to the nature of our work here. Due to the security issues here, some doors have closed that we had hoped would remain open.

We know that God has the victory in all these things and we greatly appreciate you partnering with us in prayer.
