Please pray for our team going to Haiti May 14 - May 20 - Tony Eddinger, Chris Rettenberger, Tom Scribner, Billy & Karen Worland, John Mazur and John Berns.This team will be putting a roof on the storage warehouse that will hold food to feed thousands of hungry children every day. The mission trip to Haiti was my first and I know it will not be my last, and what an amazing trip it was. It was difficult to see how most of these people live and witness the poverty and oppression. At the same time it was exciting to go into the villages and minister to the people. They were so open and loving to us, both small children and teens eager to hold your hand and walk close to you.

I just got the opportunity to finally look at the pictures from our last trip to Haiti and one is as amazing in a picture as it is in person. I had to post it for you to see. Two pallets of food was donated to 3 Toledo Missions through GO. The Toledo Gospel Mission, the Cherry Street Mission and St. Paul's Mission were very thankful for the food donations.

I was so proud of all of the BCC kids today as I sent off $3200.00 to BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge). That makes a total of just under $5000.00 our kids raised for missions this year so far. WOW!!!! Their generosity and yours (as they borrowed from your change drawer, i'm sure) will print literature to help our missionaries spread the love of our heavenly Father around the world!!!!!
